John Dix has been a Real Estate Broker since 1980 and co-founded First Choice Realty, Inc. in 1990. John has an Associates Degree in Real Estate, which has been his full time career since college. John has earned the prestigious GRI and CRS designations, and is also a Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser. In addition, he is the 1993-1994 past President of the Adams Marquette Waushara Board of Realtors, 1994 Realtor of the Year and has been the Chairman of the Realtors Professional Standards Committee for the past 26 years. He is also a trained Arbitrator. John has served on the Wisconsin Realtors Association Legal Action Committee for the past 3 years and on the Public Policy Committee for the past 4 years. A strong supporter of the local community, John served as 1997-1998 President of the Wautoma Rotary Club, and sat on numerous Waushara County ad hoc Planning and Zoning Committees. John has been a multi-million dollar sales producer for more than 2 decades.

Norm Terapak, Real Estate Broker

Norm Terapak was first licensed as a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker in 1985. He started his own office in 1993 in Milwaukee with success spanning over 30 years in all types of real estate markets. His office specialized in residential and investment real estate. Credentials include a Bachelors degree from Indiana University and several Realtor designations including ABR (Accredited Buyer Rep), GREEN, e-PRO and RSPS (Resort and Second Home Specialist). Norm also has experience as a home inspector, and home energy consultant. Hobbies and interests include: hiking and kayaking, gardening, birding, fishing, physical fitness, and enjoying all aspects of the great outdoors that Waushara and surrounding counties have to offer.
